Thanks to my buddy Sherry C I get to see my Cobblestones quilt traveling to the Lancaster show. It is part of the Modern quilt exhibit. It's been gone a few months now. Glad it is doing well.

Bird's Modern Log Cabin
Again another quilt finished for the Bits show. Having a piece in the show really motivates me to finish!
This was started in an improv class with Jacquie Gering last year and I loved doing it. I tried out lots of different qui
lting designs and ideas and had fun. I'll get some close ups of the quilting to add later.

St Louis 250th Birthday - Eads Bridge quilt
I started this quilt last year in a workshop with Jacquie Gering and finished it for our Bits n Pieces show. I was inspired by the Eads bridge photos I have. Eads is the oldest bridge across the Mississippi river. This year is 250th anniversary of the founding of St. Louis. All fits. I did heavy matchstick quilting on this one and used Legacy (Hobbs) wool batting and was very pleased.
